Please read below for your delivery needs.  

We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs.  However, we are not always able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods.  To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance.

Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location.

Please note that all prices are presented in USD.

Funeral Arrangement delivery.  

Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.  We Also deliver funeral work on the weekend. Please select the delivery date on the Friday closest to the weekend service.  

Delivery to Students in  schools. 

Please make sure if your sending an arrangment to a Public School or University that the school allows for student deliveries.  Once we deliver to the front office or designated flower delivery location, we are not resposible if your student does not pick them up from the office or designanted place.  

Substitution Policy

Fresh Flowers:  Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink carnations may need to be substituted for a different color and visa versa.

Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.   Containers for dish gardens/planters will be baskets, metal, or ceramic container depending on the inventory and may not be what is shown in the picture.  

Substitutions: Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available.  

Delivery Policy

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, or leave a message for the recipient, or call to arrange for delivery.

Recipient Maybe Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery.

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

Cancellations

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store.
